Questions about plans
What do the limits count?
Plans count active cards: the loyalty cards and coupons your customers hold that have been issued or redeemed in the last 30 days. A regular who visits every week is one active card. Your number of offers and team members isn't limited. Your usage is shown on your home screen in the app. See Your plan and active cards.
What happens if I reach a limit?
The app lets you know as you get close, and gives you a few extra cards once you reach it, so nothing stops straight away. After that, new cards and stamps on cards that haven't been used for 30 days are refused until you upgrade or older cards stop counting. Your regulars' cards keep working, rewards can still be redeemed, and nothing you've created is deleted.
Who pays?
The business owner. Every business is on its owner's plan, and the limits are shared across all the businesses the owner runs. Plans are billed through the App Store or Google Play.
